I have been trying to log in for the past two days at work and can not get through the live 365. IT tells me
that the broadcast is not available at this time and to try again. I keep trying and still no luck. |

You are rapidly loosing dedicated listeners & Fessa Hook comes thru loud & clear without any problems except
that silly replay radio commercial each time. "The Surf" either needs to move at "warp" speed (no pun
intended) to restore the previous method of signal or assist Fessa with his quest to become the largest source
of "Beach Music" on the net. I was a paid listener from day one on the net & only suffered a few
interuptions. Now, it's a different story. |

Just "google" Endless Summer Network and you'll have your beach music. we all love "the surf" but the webcast
has become too unreliable. i guess we'll just listen to it while at the beach. |

Sure do miss the music....sometimes a change is for the better...sometimes its not. What is going on with
365? From the comments (and lack of response to them) it looks like this change is really not in the best
interest of your listeners or station. Please fix it, we miss the music. |

94.9 The Surf could help ease the frustrations of its internet listeners (and better manage expectations), by
simply putting a banner on the home page of the web site acknowledging that you are experiencing
technical/streaming problems, and give some indication of the problem and the estimated time to resolve the
problem. Customers/listeners are a lot more patient when they are well-informed. |
