| As part of the international commemortation of World AIDS Day, sections of the AIDS memorial quilt will be on display at The Center Project in Myrtle Beach. The 54 ton handmade quilt is a a memorial dedicated to the victims of the disease. The quilt began with a single panel created in 1987 and the current quilt features more that 47,000 panels. The Center Project is located at 307 Highway 15, Myrtle Beach. Admission is free. |
