WHEN do you plan to stop the stopping of signal because of inactivity of player?
This is important to alot of people listening.

You need to update your browser..This will stop that from happening..
Larry Wall 10-16-2013 05:11 pm
Stream still cuts off after a certain time. Hope it can be corrected in next few days. I have always listened to surf since it first went on internet 24/7.
How can I record programs on Surf daily like Ted Bell, Stevie B., Jasons, Matt and Randal's on weekends.
I can't get enough!!

Update your browser..

While cruising Ocean Blvd. several weeks ago with the top down, you played a song with lyrics "four o'clock in the morning three nights in a row". Can you tell me the artists and name of the song. Really enjoy your broadcasts.

It's by The Big Time Party Band with special guest Clifford Curry "Four O'Clock In The Morning

Y'all do a FANTASTIC job. Thanks for being there for us. A long time listener. I remember when you had to subscribe to listen to you ! What is up with the player going off because of no activity. VERY annoying! What activity can I be doing I'm listening!! Asking me if I'm still there.. that is crazy. Can we do away with that??? THANKS

Believe me, we are working through these problems and should have it cleared up very soon. sorry for the inconvience. try and refresh your browser and connect again. keep us updated.
Tim in Tabor City and Bob & Sherry and Larry..appreciate your comments and that situation will be dealt with swiftly.

Love your station! Is it possible for the station to list the song name and artist while each song is playing? Many I know, but many I do not.
Thanks. Keep the tunes rolling. :)

Same as everyone else. After I finally figured in out I can now listen like I used to. Keep it up and see if you can go back to the olds ways. Be in NMB next month and looking forward to 94.9 as always.

I can still pick up the feed on my computer, but I can no longer pick it up through the internet connected Denon receiver. Everytime I enter favorites (94.9) the message comes up "Connection Down".

I am not a happy camper as your signal does not reach over the air to Wilmington.

Guess I will have to find something else to do on Sunday evenings now unless you can suggest how I can pick up your internet feed.

refresh your browser and try connecting again

I want to let you know that you have one heck of an awesome radio station and do not, do not change a thing about it. The music is tops. We had the same thing here in the Greensboro area and some wise guy keep telling us we would not going to loose that station and you guested it they turned it into a country station like there wasn't enough of them around. Please don't let me get use to liking all this great Shag and Beach music and change it. A loyal listener for the future. And that you can count on. I just wish There was a way to get you in my Pickup truck. Maybe in the near future there will be.

I was having the same problem as many of the other listeners. I went in and downloaded the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player and cleaned out some of the other items that automatically downloaded and have had only minor issues. I have to sign back in after my security scans the drives. Otherwise, the surf is on at the house 24/7.
Ray in Sunset Beach 09-19-2013 04:57 pm

Great 1st week of SOS - Loved being able to hit the radio dial and hear the SURF all I wanted! The Rick Strickland Listener Appreciation Concert was SURFsational too. If you missed it this year, be sure to put on your priority list of things to do next year! My first time seeing RSB and Lesa in person and will look for them in my area from now on - kind of like Coastline and saying Hello to Ted Bell - it is always a must do! Thank You SURF for keeping the Sunshine, Sand, Paradise, and SURF coming all year long! It don't get better than that

"mr Dynamite' tonight is outrageous. He Sounds young but as much as he knows about R and B he must be ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR. About as entertaining like i remember radio growing up with WIOD in miami. My wife and i listened Saturday night for three hours and fell in love with 94.9 surf.btw the server changed because station is not listed anymore from tune in and we had to search to find it.

Have been listening to you off and on for sometime. But this week we lost our "Beach Music" station due to format changes. Now I am listening to you all the time when I am home over the internet. Wish you could increase your power so I could pick you up mobile. Matt is VERY GOOD!!! Don'y lose him!!!
Larry Wall 09-14-2013 03:56 am

Re: Radio Stream no longer work on a Smart Phone! 09-14-2013 02:40 am
Okay...who was the genius who decided to change the streaming app for the Surf the week before SOS?! Oh, BTW...it DOES not work on a Smart Phone...no APPLICATION.
Once again...the Surf take one step forward...two steps back! Go figure!

If you refresh your browser, everything should be ok. Tuneinradio is beling dealt with as i type and should be corrected very soon. Sorry for inconvience.
quinn 09-14-2013 12:38 am
