I am glad the surf is back!!!!! we listen everyday all day at work in virginia, wishing we were at the beach.

I have been listening to the SURF for a long time now and love it...but and there is always a but, I don't care for the real country sounding DJ. I don't know his name but he belongs on a country station, not beach and oldies...I just turn it off when he is on...sorry, you asked. Other than that, I love the surf and don't ever leave us again!

I'd like to thank Bill Norman for getting the surf back on the air! This Ohio boy listens all day to the best beach music ever made. Makes me feel like I've got my toes in the sand at the beach. it was exciting to hear you back when, as we were driving down from blacksburg, va and got thru Bennetsville and tuned to 949 just to see if anything was on and heard 949 the surf!! do you still do the 4 to 7 happy hour on fri at Hotos?
