Have been listening all day. Haven't heard any Rick Strickland or Lesa Hudson. They are both in your top 20 and I requested songs yesterday...never heard When You Look at Me or Just So You Know. How about playing some for us. Sharon and Woody

I really enjoy listening to your station. I hope that you can bring back the voting for the top songs. Also, please bring back the song being listed on the website. It's really hard for those who live out of the Carolinas to keep up with the top songs without these items.
thanks!

Congratulations to Ted Bell who was once again named as the FM DJ of the year at the Carolinas Beach Music Awards this past weekend at the Alabama Theatre in North Myrtle Beach! Additionally, Ted's Top 20 Countdown show was also named the Beach Music "Program of the Year." This was a terrific awards ceremony show, but I was disappointed that 94.9 The Surf did not win FM Station of the Year. * * * * From the Surf; thank you so much for your comments. Concerning the station of the year award, the way it works.....The Surf was inducted into the "Hall of Fame" and that means it no longer competes for a yearly award. The Hall of Fame overrides yearly considerations. We are very proud of Ted and our whole crew as well.

Beach Music will always rank number 1. I wish some of the bands would get down to Orlando to play. I know there are a great number of shaggers in the area and we could fill up a club.

We need to start a movement! Beach Music on Sirius/XM and 94.9 the Surf listed on I-Tunes with all the other stations. How can we do that? Any ideas? If enough people contact them, it could happen.

I love your radio station and enjoy coming to Myrtle Beach for all of the SOS activities. However, there is one of your commercials that is extremely irritating. I think it is for a tire company. Please consider redoing this commercial.
Thanks
